Join us for a radical Valentine’s sanctuary designed specifically for the Black woman to return to herself. First Love is a somatic and artistic experience curated to help you drop the weight of the world and reclaim your divinity as your own primary partner.

As a mental health professional and artist, Nya leads this session with a focus on creating sustainable, soulful practices that you can actually carry into your busy week. What we’re doing: Ritual Building: Identify a "Living Altar" in your home—not just a physical shelf, but a sustainable daily practice that anchors your spirit. Somatic Anchoring: Learn how to use your body to honor yourself and your ancestors through intentional breath, movement, and meditation. Divine Communication: Explore various pathways to connect with the divine, including prayer, intuitive journaling, and the study of spiritual literature. The Vibe: Sacred, grounded, and quiet.
